If you are new to photography or just want to improve your landscape photography skills this course is ideal for you. Each course is individually tailored for each client as I always send out a questionnairre before the course. This means I can plan the day accordingly so that you get out of it as much as possible. By organising the course this way it means we don’t spend time discussing subject you already understand, or perhaps worse try and tackle subjects that you need more experience for. My aim for the day is not only for you to improve your landscape photography but also to have a fun day doing it. One to One courses are ideal as unlike workshops you will have my attention for the whole course.

Some of the subjects we can cover are the exposure triangle (shutter speed, aperture, ISO) composing a shot, getting sharp images, composition, lens choice, tripods, light and making the best use of it, monochrome, focus stacking. These are just a few of the subjects that can be covered but this list is by no means exhaustive.

I am based in the East midlands and tend to host most of my courses in the Peak District as I know this area very well and can choose locations that will best benefit the techniques you would like to learn. However, I am happy to travel to any of the East Midlands counties if this suits the client.

Included in the cost of this course is a thirty minute zoom call after the completion of the course should you require it to cover any of those questions that can pop up after the day!

Cost for a days Tuition

A days full tuition on this course cost £175.   A popular option is to double up with a friend or loved one. A full days tuition on a one to Two basis cost £225

I know that after a course is completed you often have additional questions that you forgot to ask on the day. As well as providing comprehensive notes on the subjects we covered emailed to you after the course I am also available to answer any questions in the future.
